FIR Against the Power Thieves:
The chief executive said that the officers should register FIR against the thieves daily, and no concession should be made in this regard. He said that consumers should make maximum use of daylight. Use minimum power between 7 and 10 pm. Keep unnecessary lights and electrical appliances on standby and keep switches off. Use energy savers instead of ordinary bulbs, choose one day a week for washing machines and ironing, switch off the main outdoors. Get children in the habit of playing in the lawn/park more than the television and computer.
